Simon Camera Abatement and Remediation RFP

The City of York Redevelopment Authority is seeking proposals for professional services from qualified environmental engineering and consulting firms in site assessment and remediation activities for site redevelopment of a lot at 600 S. Pine and a former film processing plant at 630 South Pine St. York, PA 17403. Services are to further the DEP ACT 2 process and include lead and asbestos abatement, and soil and groundwater abatement and remediation. All proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 18th for RDA consideration. Thanks to everyone who attended today’s Pre-Bid meeting. NWT Demolition and Remediation RFP

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been prepared for environmental remediation activities at the City of York’s Northwest Triangle (NWT) redevelopment initiative in the City of York, Pennsylvania. The work will be conducted for the City of York Redevelopment Authority (RDA) to demolish existing structures and remediate contaminated soils that were identified at the Stage II properties.
